Kenyan government on Thursday denied blocking two opposition leaders from travelling to Uganda

Director of Immigration Services, Gordon Kihalangwa said that the former Vice President, Kalonzo Musyoka and former Foreign Minister, Moses Wetangula were not denied exit.

Kihalangwa said that the clearing officer at the airport delayed in clearing the two causing their anxiety.

His remarks came after opposition leader, Raila Odinga accused the State House of trying to block his two opposition members from travelling Uganda.

Odinga said the two leaders were briefly delayed at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport while on their way to Kampala, where Musyoka was to preside over a graduation ceremony.
